The sophisticated Audi Q5 is an impressive option for compact crossover SUV shoppers to consider. It is loaded with advanced technologies and luxurious features, and a few powertrains are available across the trim levels. In 2024, the Q5 introduces a few notable features for drivers to take advantage of on the road. Your safety is boosted by now-standard tech like enhanced traffic sign recognition, adaptive cruise assist, and adaptive cruise control. The myAudi app has also been upgraded and gives you a remote start. It is also compatible with Spotify, Amazon Music, and other subscription services for the first time. The Q5 continues to have features like a head-up display, leather upholstery, a navigation system, auto parking assistance, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, a surround-view camera, driver's memory settings, and others.

Some aspects of the exterior of the 2024 Q5 have been improved as well. For example, the Q5 40 trim level now gives you an optional Black Optic package. With this upgrade, your Q5 will come with black trim and roof rails. The Black Optic package continues to be available with the Q5 Premium Plus and Prestige. Also, on the exterior, the Ibis White body paint color is no longer available, and Arkona White has been added. The overall enviable style of the 2024 Q5 is unchanged. It continues to have a strongly curved roof with a bold nose. The height of the nose is combined with matrix LED headlights and thick chrome trim surrounding the air vents, grille, and bumper. Exterior features offered for some or all Q5 trim levels are auto high beams, up to 19-inch wheels, heated side mirrors, a power liftgate, roof rails, auto-dimming and power-folding side mirrors, a sunroof, and a few additional features.

The 2024 Q5 is available with the same three powertrains as are offered in the 2023 model year. The two gas engines are a 201-horsepower, turbo 2.0-liter engine, and an upgraded system that generates 261 horsepower. The Q5 also comes with a 362-horsepower, plug-in hybrid engine. All Q5 crossovers have standard all-wheel drive.
