This year's standard powertrain for all Q5 trims is a four-cylinder, turbo 2.0-liter engine with all-wheel drive and a seven-speed auto, dual-clutch transmission. This system generates 201 horsepower, and an upgraded version takes its power up to 261 horsepower. A plug-in hybrid powertrain is available, giving you 362 total horsepower and an all-electric range of 23 miles.
Appearance
Overall, the 2023 Audi Q5 has a regal yet athletic design with tall, modest angles across the profile and a decadent pinstripe down the sides. The chrome-outlined grille has honeycomb-style mesh and spans from the nose's top to the bottom. The air vents and the thin bumper are also accented with chrome trim. The LED-accented headlights have a sharp look with a bold ribbon of accent lighting on the top. The Premium trim's exterior is outfitted with a power liftgate, dynamic turn signals, 18-inch wheels, and rain-sensing wipers. The Premium Plus trim builds on these features with 19-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, and power-folding side mirrors with an auto-dimming function.

The Q5's entry-level Premium trim is equipped with exciting cabin and safety features.
